A gathering for anyone passionate or curious about wildlife tracking, nature, and community. Whether you’re an experienced tracker or just beginning to explore the fascinating world of tracking, this conference offers something special for you.
Mobility Info: Foot travel on mixed substrates including paved paths, gravel trails, uneven woodlands. Distances up to 1 mile on woodland trails; some time standing on uneven terrain. Wheelchair accessible classrooms, dining hall, central gathring space and dormitory rooms. Amplification available for most presentations including speakers and lapel microphones.

Event Details:
Dates: Fri, October 23 - Sunday, October 25, 2026
Location: Nipmuc Lands, Charlton in Central Massachusetts. Detailed location info availble to registered participants.
Cost: Access Fund supported registration for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, disabled and otherwise marginalized people.
Lodging: On-site double occupancy dormitory rooms with attached private bathrooms with shower and sink. (Fri & Sat nights)
Meals: Friday Dinner through Sunday Lunch + snacks included
Transportation: We will facilitate ride sharing for folks from the BIPOC Naturalist community who wish to attend and would enjoy or benefit from shared transportation.
The conference includes a presenation by Keynote Speaker, Kareem A. Dieng, co-founder of BIPOC Naturalists, plenary speakers, indoor presentations, outdoor workshops, hands-on and embodied learning, community meals, evening activities and social time with others interested in Tracking, Conservation, Environmental Education and Nature in general.
